What affects price?

This is exactly why we only price jobs onsite — these details can’t be priced over the phone:

Size & thickness — 4″ for most patios/walks, thicker for driveways & heavy use
Removal — tearing out and hauling old concrete
Access — can a truck reach it, or is a pump / wheelbarrow needed?
Finish — broom vs. stamped, color, borders and steps
Base & drainage — grading, gravel base and slope away from the house

FAQ

Light foot traffic is usually fine after 24–48 hours. For vehicles, most residential driveways need about 7 days of curing before driving on them, and longer for heavy vehicles. We’ll give you exact guidance for your pour and mix.

Patios and walkways are commonly 4 inches. Driveways are often 4–5 inches, and thicker or reinforced where heavy vehicles park. We’ll recommend thickness based on use and soil during your onsite visit.

Yes — tear-out and haul-off can be included in your written price after your onsite visit so you’re not left with a pile of broken concrete.

A broom finish is the classic, textured, slip-resistant surface — clean and durable. Stamped concrete is patterned and often colored to mimic stone, slate or pavers. It costs more and needs resealing over time, but gives a high-end look.
